I took Duke thinking he had a water infection and in fact he was really poorly. Hannah took him in and worked her magic...I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for him, he’s back to wanting play, cuddle and getting out for his walks..

We unfortunately had to have our beloved cat Sapphire put to sleep this morning ,thank you to the vet concerned who dealt with it with such care and compassion even behind your mask and visor we could see in your eyes the care and concern, thank you we are thankful she is now at peace.

We usually go to the Trent Vale practice, but with Boby needing a heart scan and Luna needing her Anti-Rabies vaccine, we had to go to Newcastle. We were a bit anxious at first but we have been greeted quite friendly by both Diana and Hannah and the stress went away instantly. They were great with us and with both our 2 dogs, very friendly, gentle and patient. Hannah has been recommended to us my someone else and I have to say that it was the best decision that we have ever made for our boy and he enjoyed his visit at the vet. I totally recommend this practice! Thank you Hannah and Diana once again for your promptitude and professionalism.

Our cat has been unfortunately weezing and coughing and after taken her to The Croft to see Hannah's new team, our experience was tremendous! Hannah instantly knew that it was Asthma and got her into theatre for more tests that same day to confirm. The results came back very quick and her treatment started instantly. We are over the moon at how at ease she put our cat and us. Even under this pandemic it's amazing how painless The Croft made this situation feel. We strongly advise using this vets, their care for animals is amazing to see! Thank you The Croft!

I've been taking my cat Jack to see Hannah at Medivet for almost a year now. She was super helpful in diagnosing him with asthma and really patient with me being an over worried cat dad. Everyone at the practice is very friendly, I'd really like to thank everyone for looking after him and putting him at ease whenever he visits.

Having moved to Market Drayton a couple of years ago we have struggled to find a vet that we are happy with. On a friend's recommendation we decided to try Medivet (Newcastle under Lyme) even though its a 30 minute drive away when our animals' (1xdog, 2xcats) annual check-ups, vaccinations and dog's toenail clipping were due. The service received was really friendly and efficient (even with current restrictions/social distancing) and all of our furry family came home happy with how they were treated by the new Head Vet , Hannah Brookes and her lovely team. We shall certainly be returning as and when we need further veterinary care.
