I was driving home down a local road to The Vet in Old Isleworth and noticed a cat lying on the side of the road. I checked on him and he was hurt, still breathing but very weak. Wasn't sure what to do, I contacted this practice and they sent a vet out in 10 minutes. The vet said he'd been hit by a car, assessed him and took him back with him to the practice. They were excellent in this situation and went out of their way to make sure this cat was looked after.

I personally could not recommend Vet Scott Miller and his fellow team of Vets more highly. Scott and his Team gave us an additional 4 and a half years with our beloved Cocker Spaniel boy Rusty, after he was diagnosed with aggressive cancer. He performed two surgeries on him, when our previous vets said, he has no chance and it will have to be palliative care and end of life. But along came Scott and was so positive and encouraging at such a devastating time in our lives. Today Scott and his amazing team have advised my Aunt who rescues dogs in India and has been diagnosed with malignant cancer and has gone above and beyond to look at his notes to advise on best treatment and a much needed second opinion. They have kindly advised us and reassured our troubled minds.We are eternally grateful to Scott and his team for all their help, advice, compassion and care over the years. They are absolutely AMAZING 👏 ❤️🐾

I have no complaint about the vets. However as I am quite a senior citizen I do not like having to wait for sometime after my appointment time on a high window ledge as there are no seats for waiting.I am only a short little old lady and my dangling legs were very uncomfortable plus my dog wanted to sit on my lap for comfort and this was impossible. I did eventually request a chair. If people are left waiting for over 15 minutes there should be a chair without leaving people desperate enough to have to ask for one.

Dr Ana is absolutely fantastic. She saved my cat's life. My cats are the family I chose for myself. So, I am beyond grateful for her excellent care and expertise!
