We have never been to a vet before, never had a pet and only had our Guinea Pigs two wks so we were really worried that they seemed poorly. The person I spoke to over the phone to register and book an appt was very friendly and understanding and we were booked in the same afternoon, i was really relieved. The vet we saw was lovely, checked our pets thoroughly, listened to our concerns and didn't make us feel daft for asking questions. Very grateful for the treatment given and that we were shown how to properly administer it. No hesitation about going to this vets if we have concerns again.

Fantastic vets seen to quickly good pricing and they really do care and love for your pets. I had a lovely lady vet, her name was Baccha? ( so sorry if i have this wrong) she made my dog feel more comfortable as she was shaking from fear of being in the vets. Felt really welcomed by all staff and there was a nice atmosphere.

Pype Hayes vets were amazing.We are not regular customers as we were just passing the on our narrowboat, but they gave us an appointment for our elderly cat the same day and gave us very sound and sensible advice and appropriate treatment. Cannot praise and thank them enough

Thank you to the vet who tended to my cat (who had an abscess on his tail) with care and compassion. I was a little anxious and she was reassuring. I am very grateful.

I’ve been going to Pype Hayes vets since I was 16 with my first pet . The care and sound advice is still the same as it’s always been .
