Had to rush my 6 week old kitten to Medivet Dartford at midnight last night and they were amazing! Treated Merlin for roundworm, vomiting, diarrhoea and was extremely lethargic. I really don’t think she would have made it through the night if they hadn’t been so amazing. Sent us home with a heat pad, meds and food for her, and she is back tormenting our older cat, chasing Christmas tree baubles and a million times better today. Thank you so much!

Very sadly, we had to put our cat timmy to sleep this week, medivet dartford have looked after timmy on many occasions over her 15 years, especially recently. The whole team have been great. The receptionists helped to make sure timmy was soon as soon as possible on the same day, during their very busy period and were very comforting after we had lost timmy. Ricardo and the nurses had been lovely and really went into detail when explaining and giving updates on our cat while he was in their care. And finally, a massive thank you to Leon, Leon put timmy to sleep but was extremely compassionate , explained everything to us, and gave alot of comfort to us on the day.

Very caring staff and listened well to our concerns relating to our new rescue dog. We followed the vets recommendation. They offered further advise and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

The vet is really lovely and explains things properly - he remembered my cat and that goes a long way with an anxious owner. The practice saw my cat within half an hour of him frothing at the mouth. Can’t fault them!
