I recently adopted a rescue dog (Chihuahua cross) and he has never had a proper Groom so as you can imagine I was quite anxious to find the perfect fit for him so he would feel comfortable, and on a personal recommendation from a friend I booked him in with Sophie and I’m so glad I did, she listened and understood his needs with him being a rescue. I was concerned that he would be frightened and anxious, but she was so patient with him. He came out looking like a film star pooch 😂🥰🐾 he looks absolutely gorgeous and he’s had so many compliments on his walks from people…..he looks like a puppy but he’s 4.5years old. I feel so much more relaxed and confident for him to now come to the groomers at Medivet and to see Sophie every time. She is Fantastic, absolutely wonderful……From Winston and myself Thank you so very much for making him and his mummy so happy and relaxed. xx

Sadly my Marley fell I'll over Christmas and we lost him on New Year's Eve the vets were so lovely when we decided to get another furry friend in March we had to register him with them as I couldn't ask for anyone better to look after his health and well-being

Hello, I wanted to say the reception staff were super friendly. However the vet actually administrated flee treatment for my dog without weighing him first and turns out I was given the wrong treatment for the dogs weight. I also think the check was totally over priced, was in for about 2 minutes in total and got charged £93 for a check, ear drops & flee treatment( that I was unable to return even though it was the wrong treatment administered). I have since left the practice and joined a new one. But again the reception staff were very friendly so would like to reiterate that.

Very poor service. Took the day off work. Phoned them to confirm my appointment 45 min before. Drove all the way over only to be told my groomer had phoned in sick today!!!! This has left us no time to arrange alternative groomers before our holiday!!!! Was not even offered another appointment!!!! Please be aware this is the 2nd appointment they have cancelled with us at short notice !!!

Finally a vet that really cares (and not just about the money!) Extremely professional and its obvious they really care about the pets - a wonderful practice with superb staff all the way through from the friendly and warm reception team to the nurse and exceptional Vet. Highly recommend!
