We have three ageing chow-chows, so I'm a 'frequent flyer' here! As with all vets, the pocket can be hit hard, but there's always service with a smile here to offset it. Handy appointment times for those who work as well. Highly recommended, can't do enough for you! The dogs all love Auntie Nina! :)

I have recommended the Medivet practice at Billinge to several friends and family. The team are very understanding of their more difficult patients, one of whom is my rather feisty Jack Russell. The team were also very kind to my old dog.

I would like to place on record, our sincere thanks to Medivets Billinge (Nina and her team), for the support and care they have provided recently. We struggled with the behaviour of our family dog, which had started to bite and cause injury. We consulted various specialists and rescue orgs but no persons or organisation believed that anything could be done to improve the animals behaviour. They were quite convinced that things had got so bad. In addition, the dog had also contracted some form of infection that was proving difficult to eradicate. The animals’ aggression was such, that we were unable to apply the required medication. Medivets at Billinge agreed to apply the medication for us, sometimes twice daily, at no extra cost. In addition, when we decided that the animal could no longer be allowed near to the young children within the family, Medivets offered an alternative solution. They agreed to take ownership of the dog with a view to improving its behaviour, in the hope one day the animal would be rehoused in the right environment with limited risk. This solution brought my family a great deal of reassurance and peace of mind. We have since acquired a new family puppy and did not hesitate registering him with Nina and her team.
