Had my first experience yesterday and I couldn't have been happier with them. Had previously been left outside Medivet Riverside for half an hour and it wasn't a great experience. The location at the Marlowes was fantastic. The reception team were great, the vet was great. They really took the time and I felt like my cat was in great hands with them.

Everyone was welcoming and very attentive to Marley who was worried visiting the vets following his recent experience of being attacked by another dog. Thank you

Great vets, took my mums dog for a second opinion as I was not very impressed with my usual vets. I was impressed how the system ran with the current pandemic, I felt safe and at ease and the nurses were very helpful and explained the process prior when booking the appointment and I was informed to let them know of my arrival. When I called to let them know of my arrival one of the nurses answered the phone very politely and informed me they would be out for my boy shortly. They where very caring and compassionate and explained all my treatment options I will return and will definitely recommend.

The vet is good with rabbits - which is super important for any bun parents. My two went in for neutering with absolutely no issues at all, they were home and well the same day. I’m hoping I won’t need to visit the vets at all but I’m super confident that they will be in the best hands if they do need to go in. The staff who work there are all really kind and friendly too. I have heard people say it is on the expensive side but my two little boys are my babies and so I would happily pay a little more to ensure their safety and well-being at medivet.

A massive thank you to Shareen, Jess and the head vet. (Sorry I don’t know your name as I did not meet you.) These guys looked after my dog when I changed to them 2 years ago at Redbourne. The head vet did surgery on my dogs eye 2 years ago at Hemel. Then again last week at Hemel on his other eye. All the way through Shareen and Jess were very supportive and reassured me with my blind dog. This time it would have been so much harder for them, because of covid restrictions, but they were still as helpful and professional as ever. A great team. Thank you all.

My dog has had a few issues over the years and dreads going there and although she fights against them - the team are always great with her and always helpful with advice thank you to all of you! keep up the good service and stay safe xxx
