I have a health plan with these but had to attend twice for issues with my dog and they have been great! So professional and caring towards my dog putting his needs first. My appointment today should have warranted a consultation charge but they included it in the health plan and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

I have been attending this practice for 10 years. They are completely lovely with vetinary nurses and Vets that clearly care very much for the animals they treat, and inspire trust and confidence.

Amazing service! I brought my two kittens in this week to be spayed/neutered and am so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all staff here. From the fabulous and informative ladies on the counter to our incredible and extremely caring vet.Thank you all, I was quite nervous and everything but you have completely put my mind at ease - very much appreciated!

The vet Martina was absolutely lovely and caring and show compassion when it came to our Jack Russell Max. She thoroughly checked him over when we took him first visit and prescribe antibiotics for him. Sadly he passed away during the second visit but that was after the x-ray showed he had two tumours in his lungs which causes breathing to be erratic and coarse. When me and Mum were agonizing over the decision to have Max put to sleep or to carry him back home to pass away, the vet and receptionist Laura were very patient and did not rush us to make a decision.

I brought my dog to see you as he had severe diarrhoea and blood from his bottom. You were so welcoming, kind and patient. My dog, Monty, immediately perked up and was so happy at your vets. He has a weeks worth of medication and after 3 days is picking up again. I highly recommend you and cannot thank you enough for the way you looked after Monty.

The staff are so lovely. Reggie our dog is so friendly and loves to jump up and lick you. Some people don't like that it get scared but the ladies and medivet love Reggie and makes him feel very at ease which as Reggie owners makes us happy to take him there..

I lost a pet with you and the care of the staff and level of dedication to the pets and owners is above and beyond, We now have our new pet, and have full faith and trust in the practise for the regular checks, spading and care, patience and familiarity which is the best comfort of all. Martine and the reception / nurses are what makes this place without a doubt Muswell Hill is outstanding - Hendon - Not in the slightest, totally the opposite which is a shame, sad and was hurtful at the time we experienced there, this is why muswell hill goes beyond, as they knew this and accompanied us there on there own time ...

After a particularly horrible experience with another vet practice I have luckily found medivet. They are lovely to both the pets and their humans. Informative, explain everything in detail, and are not in it for the money as I’ve witnessed elsewhere. They truest care about animals.
