The service has always been fantastic and relaxed with woody, Paul has always given him time to feel comfortable before treatment is given. Allow him off the lead to sniff around the room whilst we talk always helps.

This was an emergency appointment as my dog was showing signs of being in a lot of pain, so much so that she did not want to get up or get into my car. I was away on holiday at the time but was allowed an appointment immediately. An examination was carried out and I was given two options in terms of treatment. I opted for the pain relief / anti inflammatory as opposed to the x-ray which has seen us through the week with no issues. An explanation was given to me as to what could have been or is the problem for which I was advised on a course of action. Very pleased with the service and outcome.

My bunny, Boo, had abscesses in his cheek and after one abscess filled up again after his first surgery at Medivet in Oxted he was referred to Medivet Faygate. Nicole at Oxted took Boo to Faygate herself. Boo has a large wound but is remarkably lively considering what he’s been through. I can’t thank Nicole enough for taking such good care of my little boy and for organising the best treatment and care for him. Nicole is so friendly and very knowledgeable and able to keep me calm when I’ve been worried about my Boo.

Paul our vet is so relaxed with both our dogs. Always seems happy to answer any questions. Kate at the front desk is warm and welcoming and the nurses always have a smile

Managed to see someone on the day I phoned. The lady on the phone/reception was really friendly and most helpful. Also the vet I saw, was great with my cat who is not the most easiest to treat at the best of times..

Really caring practise, very thorough and fastidious. Follow up calls after my appointment and a happy outcome for my cat. Highly recommended.

Such a wonderful and caring team at Medivet Oxted. I travel far out of my way with my dogs to see Paul Grant, he is a fantastic person an vet! Highly recommend.

Everyone at Medivet in Oxted, Surrey are so friendly, helpful and polite. You know that when you take your animal there, you know they are in such good hands. I have recommended Medivet to loads of my friends and neighbours and know that say out of 10, 9 have definitely take there animals there. Thank you Medivet for looking after Lola so well.
