The team at Abbeyfields are fabulous, they clearly care deeply about all the animals who visit which puts me at ease - even when I know I have to bring a stroppy cat to see them. They have looked after all my animals over the years and I trust their diagnosis implicitly. I am kept informed at all times on the pets progress. Great Team, easy appointment bookings, easy payment system.

My dog Jasmine was spayed the other week and they were so good with her. I really like holly the vet she is such a good vet, she’s very attentive and always has time for you. Holly is the best pet vet I’ve ever come across. Also a big thank you to Fran and Gracie who are so lovely and helpful and spoil jasmine every time with treats. I thought jasmine would’ve been put off going the vets after the operation but oh no she still loves the place. Thank you all so much for looking after jasmine, you’re such an amazing team and I’m very grateful 🤩 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have just moved to the area. Vet saw our cat the same day that I rang & could not have tried to be any more helpful in the circumstances.

My elderly cat had an abscess on his tooth. I got an appointment very quickly and he was operated on the same afternoon to remove his tooth. He was discharged in the evening with medication and paperwork showing his X-rays and how to care for him after surgery. I was kept informed about his progress and the costs all the way through. He has recovered well and is back to normal. Sarah (the vet) showed care and consideration for his well-being and was very professional. The nurses (Fran and Gracie) are great and I always get an appointment when I need one, even at short notice, which is very comforting as my animals are all elderly now.

Extremely professional, cannot do enough for my dog to make him feel safe and relaxed . Very good at explain what they are going to be doing and if i need to give any after care .

I called in the afternoon as my cat was ill and hadn’t been able to get an appointment with my usual vet. (We have recently moved to Rocester) I called and got an appointment that afternoon, and the reception staff and vet that treated my cat were amazing, understanding and professional. My cat is now back to himself again after receiving medication.

Great service and care to our dog. Always accomodating to any requests we might have and really listen if we have worries about money etc. So, so helpful....Tonka always wants to sneak in the door as he walks past so thats a great sign!!!!
