About the promotion
Buy 5 packs of selected medication (Section 7 below) for your pet and receive the 6th pack for free. Offer available at participating practices only. All medication must be purchased from the same practice, and the free pack must be collected from that practice. Offer valid for 12 months from date the first eligible pack dispensed, for the named pet only, and does not apply to packs dispensed prior to the start date of the promotion. Medivet accepts no liability or responsibility for lost or damaged cards. Copied or forged cards will not be accepted. Full T&Cs are below or ask in practice.
Terms & Conditions
1. Participating Medivet practices:
2. Buy 5 packs of selected medication for your pet and receive the 6th pack for free. We will stamp or sign your promotion card to show the number of packs you have purchased. Please make sure that you keep your card safe as we are unable to provide any free packs without your card and will not replace lost cards. Medivet will not accept responsibility for lost, mislaid or damaged cards.
3. The promoter is Medivet Group Limited, a company registered in England & Wales with company number 03481736 and whose registered address is 4 Mowat Industrial Estate, Sandown Road, Watford WD24 7UY ("Medivet").
4. This offer is valid for 12 months from the date of the first pack dispensed under this promotion and does not apply to packs dispensed prior to the start date of the promotion.
5. Each offer applies only to the named pet and entitles the bearer to a 6th pack free-of-charge once 5 have been purchased of the same size and strength.
6. Pack sizes or medication strength may change. Any pack size changes will be calculated pro-rata to the initial pack size at the start date. If medication strength changes, medication will count towards the promotion based on pack size for the same product.
7. This promotion applies only to Loxicom, Cimalgex and Rimadyl oral medications only. Medivet reserves the right to change medications included within the promotion at any time.
8. This promotion can be used in conjunction with MHP promotion, but not with any other promotions.
9. Offer only in place at participating practices, as listed above.
10. All packs must be purchased from the same Medivet practice.
11. Free-of-charge pack must be collected from same practice as the paid-for packs.
12. This promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 or over, except that the promotion is not open to: (i) employees of Medivet or its holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees or agents or suppliers of Medivet or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii).
13. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Medivet may require proof that you are eligible to participate.
14. Medivet will not accept photocopies, illegible, forged, incomplete or damaged cards as proof of eligibility.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, Medivet, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any persons or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Medivet, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
16. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, Medivet may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
19. Medivet reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. Trial commences in selected practices1 October 2021.
